Damaged Stock
We check all items before sending. Please report any damaged stock within 5 days of receiving your items. Any reports after this time will not be will not be our responsibilty. Any damaged items will need to be sent back to us at customers expense, however if we find the item to be faulty we will refund postage and cost of item or offer to send out a new product.
Change of Mind
We do not offer exchange or refund for a change of mind, due to the nature of our stock. We will only refund or exchange if we deem a product to be damaged.
Website Images
Photos can vary from screen to screen with colours, we are more than happy to answer any questions regarding colours through our social media or contact us email.
Missing Items
Each item is double checked and signed off, however should you be missing any products please report any missing items within 7 business days along with the name on invoice that has checked off your items.
User error
Instructions are sent out with HTV which gives you our reccommendations on how to use our products. However please make sure you also do a test press before going ahead with your final product. We do no reimburse for user error.
Orders Over a Metre
Orders over 1 metre will be cut in continuous lengths. If you would prefer them to be in 1 metre lengths you need to contact as soon as order is placed. If this is not done we will cut them as continuos lengths.
Late Orders or Items Lost
If your order is late or lost we will contact Australia Post and lodge an investigation with them. It takes Australia Post around 10 days to complete the investigation and once this is complete we will contact you via email with the outcome.
We are not liable for late packages. If you require your item quickly there is an EXPRESS option at checkout for all weights.
