- Create your design to sublimation material measurements adding 2mm to each side.
- Print Image in reverse
- Remove Protective film from the aluminum backing before pressing the design.
- Use heat tape to apply the sublimated design onto the backing.
- Press with a high pressure at 180 C for 45 to 60 seconds depending on your heatpress.
- Always wear heat gloves as the aluminum gets very hot.
- Once cool remove sublimation paper and take protective slip off keychain and stick onto the keychain.
